&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It seems I&amp;nbsp;have to wait forever.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I send you a postal mail to sosh last&amp;nbsp;Wednesday.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And the tracking tells me it is distributed last Friday.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So Why there is no any response any information to me?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you get my information (ID, SEPA, sign), you have to let me know any response!!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And I get the bills for two months from Orange.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Why do I get this??? I used the internet service only for 3 weeks!!!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once I had a contract to use Orange yes right.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And I return the Livebox to the shop where I get and never used.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But I request cancel the contract and ask register, Sosh.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And Orange make it not a cancellation but moving from Orange to Sosh because you are the same system.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I thought it will be fine and solved everything.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;BUT I GET THE Fxxxing BILL ABOUT TWO MONTH.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To recap.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;25/04 : Buy a internet(&lt;SPAN&gt;Livebox Zen 33.99 €&lt;/SPAN&gt;) will be open 05/05&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;02/05 : I knew about Sosh is really cheap and good guarantee from Orange!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;03/05 : I register Sosh for&amp;nbsp;mobile sosh package + livebox&amp;nbsp;44.99&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;€&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;(will be arrived 14/05)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; and bring back the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Livebox Zen 33.99 € to Orange shop.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;12/05~19/05 : I was business trip.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;16/05 : I get a bill from Orange, I realized this is not canceled correctly and the shop is JUST SELLER.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Send an email and explain what I did.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;21/05 : Holiday in Frence&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;22/05 :&amp;nbsp;I went to the place where my post will be holding. There was no post for me. What the hell?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; starting chaos and FINDING WHAT's GOING ON.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Asking my French friend to figure out it &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;(I'm not French and don't speak French anything.. Sosh is not offering English&amp;nbsp;contact)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; We had found a solution, Orage seems like understand me and they&amp;nbsp;recommend it not a cancellation, but moving the service from Orange to Sosh. Have to send my information(ID, SEPA, Sign documents) until 06/06&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; And they told me just use the same box I brought back to Orange shop!!?&amp;nbsp;(Livebox Zen 33.99 €)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; It's same what I will get from Sosh. I thought everything is going well.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;24/05 : FIRST TIME I USED INTERNET IN MY HOME!!!!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;06/06 : I realized I made a mistake regarding "Have to send my information(ID, SEPA, Sign documents)&amp;nbsp;until&amp;nbsp;06/06"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I sent it by Email. not postal mail.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
