    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, i requested an upgrade to my Adsl internet connection to Fibre. Since then it has been a nightmare for the following reasons-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The website said I could not retain my existing telephone number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The address for the installation is meaningless and is also used for the contract&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The contract uses an unknown address and telephone number and does not correspond to my order. How can I sign it ????&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My old ADSL connection was cut along with the telephone so I have no internet and will have to wait 4 weeks for the fibre installation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Being SOSH there is no way to contact the sales department.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All in all a terrible service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
