Problem connecting my email and my internet live box

Hello, please can anyone advise me on how to connect my live box account to my email, I have contacted the sosh customer service severally without any success, I also got a tv box along with the live box and it is also not working. calling 3976 0r 740 yielded no result everything just so frustrating.

Thanks for your response, the problem is I want to link my internet box to my email, I have access to my email but anytime I tried to link my internet box i get an error message telling me to get power of attorney from the owner
