On ne m'a jamais dit que l'intervention d'un technicien était obligatoire pour intervenir sur le boitier général où se trouvent tous les opérateurs !!! Du coup ma connexion n'est tjs pas opérationnelle et personne ne me répond de manière efficace pour me dire quand doit passer un technicien. En revanche pour payer il n'y a pas de problème alors que je n'ai pas l'usage du matériel.
