Extra non-package bill

Bonjour,

I have extra non-package billing into my account.

But all this calls (appels) I made are already in my package of 25€ per month. Why are they called as non-package?

From my 25€ per month package - I can call from France to EU (and Swiss) on fixed line and also mobile line in EU - as welll as send unlimited SMS and unlimited MMS.
Why extra bill??

Unlimited calls (Mobile et FixedLine):

France to France

France to Europe+Swiss ( no! 😯 Europe to Europe+swiss =Libon! )

 

Avec Libon

Unlimited calls (Mobile et FixedLine):

Europe+Swiss to France

Europe+Swiss to Europe+Swiss

Did you mean:
Calls from France to Europe+Swiss -- I have to use Libon??

This was not mentioned! And because of this I am getting more and more bill!
Please somebody correct this.

I got more bill from yesterday calling to Denmark from France without Libon --!!

Now I know this.
Is it possible to reduce (or get back) the moeny for calls I made, specially yesterday 1 call for 26€?
From today I will be remain careful!
