Charged for calling to other EU countried

Bonjour

I am a Sosh client since one month and today I received my first bill. I was surprised to find I was charged 23 euros for calls I made to Portugal and Germany. I thought these countries were included in the service so I could call them for free. Can you please clarify that for me?

This is normal. Calls from France to mobile numbers of foreign carriers are never included and land lines of european countries are included only in the 24,99€ plan.

If you call, yes, if you get a call, it's free for you.

It's simple.

- If you are in France and you call a French number in a European country, you must pay.
- If you're in a European country and you want to call a French number in a another European country or the same, it's free.
- If you are in a European country and you want to call a French numbrer in France, it's free.

If you want to call a number who's not French, you must pay so it's better to use a phone application with data or wi-fi for example WhatsApp.

Sauf si la personne prend une option adaptée, si elle appelle depuis la France vers l'Europe un numéro de mobile français, elle paiera. Seul le forfait 24,99€ permet d'appeler en illimité vers les FIXES d’Europe / Suisse / Andorre/DOM or ici, la personne n'a pas précisée FIXE.

Non, on n'a pas à savoir où se trouve notre correspondant mobile. Même tarification que le mobile Fr soit en France, Europe ou hors Europe.
