Mandat SEPA

Bonjour,

J'ai un contrat Box Sosh, j'ai rempli mes coordonnées bancaires malheureusement je n'ai pas cliquer sur "Mandat SEPA" afin de le remplir et de le renvoyer du coup je ne sais pas où le trouver ce qui fait que mon prélèvement automatique n'est pas activé

Pouvez-vous m'aider ?

hello, can Sosh please send to me once again via email the SEPA mandate that i am obaligate to sign and return.  I recived the email yesterday and it suddenly was retracted from Sosh. I have tried to contact Sosh on Twitter seveal times without success. can you please advise. thanks

I think the best way is to contact customer support by eChat (just hopping they can answer in english in case you can't use french).

To contact them, go to "Aide et contact" page, enter "mandat CEPA" in the text area, then clic on the "Boite Sosh" rectangle --> a yellow rectangle with text "Chatter avec un conseiller" should appear at the bottom of the page (opened 8 am to 8 pm).
