I have just bought a house in France so bought a mobile contract on Friday last week. It was all working fine until I returned to the UK today... now I have no calls or internet. I have enabled roam...

sécurité, l'option "communiquer depuis l'étranger" n'est pas disponible
immédiatement après la souscription.
Vous pourrez en profiter à partir du 9 octobre.

Indeed, for security reasons, "communiquer depuis l'étranger" option isn't available immediately after subscription.
You'll be able to benefit from it from October.
