I want to install ADSL.

Dear Madam,

My place can be installed with Fiber but I want to have ADSL since house owner doesn't want to make hole to the wall for new Fiber line.

Could you let me know how to request ADSL?

Even my place can be installed with Fiber internet line, I need the ADSL internet line because the house owner never allow to make hole in the wall. 

So please let me know how to request the new order with ADSL internet.

Hi,

As a reminder, this is the Sosh clients forum (there are also Sosh representatives but not on Sundays).

In addresses where fiber is possible, Sosh will not allow to have ADSL. According to the law, the house owner cannot refuse the installation of fiber. The only acceptable reasons for refusing are for instance that it has already been or it is already planned to be installed...
