Résiliation ancienne live box

Bonsoir, j'étais chez Orange avec la live box à 35.99€, j'ai souscris à la box Sosh le 5 novembre mais je n'ai pas eu de mail confirmant la transition chez sosh. Est ce normal ? Sosh va résilier mon ancien contrat chez orange ?

    Bonjour Hugo045 

    Oui, c'est normal, car il  aurait fallu contacter le service client Orange pour demander une migration vers Sosh. 

     

    Maintenant , il faut résilier chez Orange.
