Termination process

Hello Team,

As i am moving out of FRANCE to different country, i have provided the " Attestation de l'employeur mission longue durée ou contrat de travail" sent to Address via mail (post) even after that will i be charged the termination fees of 50Euro ? 

How would i understand if mail has been received, i have no any email/communication of receiving the letter of Attestation.

Do we have any helpdesk number where we can call and discuss, preffered would be English if possible
