recevoir ma box

bonjour,

je n'ai pas recu ma box,un technicien devait venir mais j'ai du l'annuler comment avoir ma box?

    bonjour regarde si t es information contact son correct mobile et mail car tu doit avoir recu un numero suivi de commande pour la retirer en point relais autour de chez toi
