Dear Sosh and Orange,
It seems I have to wait forever.
I send you a postal mail to sosh last Wednesday.
And the tracking tells me it is distributed last Friday.
So Why there is no any response any information to me?
If you get my information (ID, SEPA, sign), you have to let me know any response!!
And I get the bills for two months from Orange.
Why do I get this??? I used the internet service only for 3 weeks!!!
Once I had a contract to use Orange yes right.
And I return the Livebox to the shop where I get and never used.
But I request cancel the contract and ask register, Sosh.
And Orange make it not a cancellation but moving from Orange to Sosh because you are the same system.
I thought it will be fine and solved everything.
BUT I GET THE Fxxxing BILL ABOUT TWO MONTH.
To recap.
25/04 : Buy a internet(Livebox Zen 33.99 €) will be open 05/05
02/05 : I knew about Sosh is really cheap and good guarantee from Orange!
03/05 : I register Sosh for mobile sosh package + livebox 44.99 € (will be arrived 14/05)
and bring back the Livebox Zen 33.99 € to Orange shop.
12/05~19/05 : I was business trip.
16/05 : I get a bill from Orange, I realized this is not canceled correctly and the shop is JUST SELLER.
Send an email and explain what I did.
21/05 : Holiday in Frence
22/05 : I went to the place where my post will be holding. There was no post for me. What the hell?
starting chaos and FINDING WHAT's GOING ON.
Asking my French friend to figure out it (I'm not French and don't speak French anything.. Sosh is not offering English contact)
We had found a solution, Orage seems like understand me and they recommend it not a cancellation, but moving the service from Orange to Sosh. Have to send my information(ID, SEPA, Sign documents) until 06/06
And they told me just use the same box I brought back to Orange shop!!? (Livebox Zen 33.99 €)
It's same what I will get from Sosh. I thought everything is going well.
24/05 : FIRST TIME I USED INTERNET IN MY HOME!!!!
06/06 : I realized I made a mistake regarding "Have to send my information(ID, SEPA, Sign documents) until 06/06"
I sent it by Email. not postal mail.
I ask my French friend to chat with Sosh. They told me to send the documents ASAP.
08/06 : Tracking postal is already distributed.
Today : I get a bill for about two months 85 €. Again chaos.
That's why I'm writing this asking. I really use it from 24/05 only for HOME INTERNET. STILL waiting for SIM card.
PLEASE HELP ME. PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
Actually, I'm afraid this message is not working well.
Because I have never seen the counselor who can speak English in Sosh.
