I have already posted another subject regarding my last facture but I had zero response. Only a comment from someone but when I replied with another comment or texted him personally, I didnt receive any response after.
I paid my last facture as I have stopped my subscription cause I am moving out to another country and I paid 50 euros more that I dont understand why I paid them.
I tried to call also 3976 but as I am not a customer now my call is always ended.
Could you please help me understand why I paid 50 euros more?
Regarding the fees of annulation, I should not have as I proved that I will change country and it was known in advance.
