I have 3accounts with sosh 2xmobile 1times fixed , I have problems with all three , and it's impossible to contact sosh , any ideas

I just keep getting messages telling me there all changing , I would just like to keep them as they are ,and continue as a sosh customer, we have now sorted out sosh landline fault , so all 3accounts are working fine , I do hope we can sort this out ,
