N26 bank IBAN

Hi,

sorry for speaking English. I just moved to France and I would like to buy a forfait mobile offer.

I do not have a bank account with a french IBAN, and I want to use my german DExxx IBAN from N26 bank. The online procedure only accept a french IBAN, in violation of Article 9 of EU Regulation No 260/2012.

Please let me know how I can use my DExxx IBAN as it is my right under EU regulation. Thank you!
