Hello,
I have received my last facture after my resilation and I dont understand the extra 50 euros that I need to pay.
Is it the frais de resilation?
Because I sent already a document saying that I had a CDI here in France.
Could you please help?
Thank you in advance,

Efthymia Panoutsopoulou

Hello Alexandre,

Unfortunately I can not log in to my account anymore as I am not a customer now.

This means I can not receive messages and I can not see the old contract. Whereas I have the last facture.

Is it possible to send it to you by email?

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

EPanoutsopoulou

Hello @EPANOUTSOPOULOU,

I just want to know the name of the offer you had to be able to inform you more fully. Did you have a mobile + fixed internet offer? You can consult your invoices, moreover the name of the subscription is indicated

Hello @EPANOUTSOPOULOU

If you want to cancel your contract, you indeed have to pay a termination fee of 50 euros.

These termination fees are applicable regardless of the case.

Regards.
