Hello, i requested an upgrade to my Adsl internet connection to Fibre. Since then it has been a nightmare for the following reasons-
The website said I could not retain my existing telephone number.
The address for the installation is meaningless and is also used for the contract
The contract uses an unknown address and telephone number and does not correspond to my order. How can I sign it ????
My old ADSL connection was cut along with the telephone so I have no internet and will have to wait 4 weeks for the fibre installation.
Being SOSH there is no way to contact the sales department.
All in all a terrible service.
