Our internet connection is very poor, with constant deconnections or occasional very slow connections. It has been like this since before christmas, and many other local people are complaining of experiencing the same problems, so clearly a problem locally. I have tried to test the line, but when i do so it says it is OK, even though i have taken 4 or 5 attempts to load the page. We have an internet radio, which regularly stops and buffers, whihc also shows the connection dropping or slowing. This seems to happen every few months, yet nothing is ever done to permenantly resolve the problems. Very disappointed that we pay for a service which is so poor

Bonjour @jensdad,
After a diagnosis of your line, I don’t detect any defects. The stability appears correct and the flow rate to your Livebox is 7.18 Mbit/s down and 0.85 Mbit/s up. The optimal connection is to connect your Livebox to 1 socket. If the configuration of your installation does not allow it, plug the Livebox into the first socket of your multiprise (closest to the wall socket).
I also invite you to reset your Livebox and check if you see an improvement. As for your neighborhood, each of them must report their difficulties to their internet provider.
