Hey! I'm getting emails from sosh that I need to verify my identity and to send a mail to them.
But I've already mailed them my documents. How can I know that my documents have been processed?

In order to contact a Sosh advisor via the e-chat, you must click on

You then just have to enter the subject of your request in the search bar, then select the corresponding section, then select the package concerned and finally click on "chat with an advisor" available further down on the displayed page. .

You should also avoid having an ad blocker that could prevent the chat from being displayed.
