Why is it that I have no service?
Why do Sosh/Orange have such appalling client service.
It is not acceptable to just post on the web that there is a local problem.
Proactive these companies are not, they take my monthly subscription for the service but do not provide a service? Yes there is a technical issue somewhere but where?
The contract between the provider and client is not being honoured, I have had no contact from Sosh to update me or to refund two months subscription.
Is this really legal what they are doing????
